It's now 10.09am & she'd just finished her milk & is now sleeping peacefully in her bed.
Times flies & she's now 2 mths old...
Checking the calender, I am going back to work in 2 weeks time. 3 MTHS OF MY MATERNITY LEAVE IS ENDING SOON!!! *SOB SOB SOB*
Watching her gaining weight & growing taller day by day, makes me a proud mother & makes me forget all the hardwork looking after her...
She's getting talkative. Always wants to talk to ppl 'ooh, aah gee'. Its rather fun to talk to her & watch her makes all sort of facial expressions.

After waiting for 9 mths, she's finally arrived on 3 July 2006 (2 weeks earlier than EDD) @ Mt Alvernia Hospital.
It all started at 5.30am when I discovered that I am bleeding but no contraction yet. I went to pack my belongings for my hospital stay. After packing, I went back to bed to rest as there's still no pain.
After lying for about 10-15 mins, I started to experience very mild cramp at tummy but I wasn't very sure if this is contraction. The interval is between 10 - 15 mins. At 9.30am, when my gynae's clinc is open, I called up & asked should I head down to the hospital or to the clinic first. I was told to go to the clinc first. At 11+, my gynae announced that we will be able to see our baaby by 6pm today & he's going to burst my water bag. At 12pm, he burst my water bag. Rye & I (wearing an adult diaper) rush down to the hospital. By the time I am lying in the delivery ward, its almost 12.30pm.
Being alone in the delivery ward is terrifying (Rye needs to attend to my admission hence he's not by my side). Nurses come in & out. One of them put on a 'belt' on my tummy to monitor bb's heartbeat & my contraction. Bb's heartbeat goes 'goon goon... goon goon...' kinda helped me relaxed abit. Shortly, a nurse comes in & says she needs me to clear my bowel hence she's gonna 'inject' some liquid in 'there' (gosh!!).
After clearing my bowel, back to bed, with the belt on, the nurse put me on drip. Rye also comes in & out of the ward as he needs my signature for some of the admisson papers. Shortly after on drip, the pain starts to get a little more intense. Then very, veRY, VERY painful!! The nurse asked if I wanted Epidural & I said OK OK. Meantime, while waiting for my gynae to arrive to inject the wonder painkiller, the nurse offered me the GAS but it doesn't really helps reliving the pain. After inhaling the gas for maybe 15 mins, I started to get 'high'. I feel my mind floating away & I thought to myself "am I going to die?". I felt very light headed but i can still feel the pain & hear Rye talking to me & the noises around me.
By the time my gynae arrived, its too late for the wonder painkiller. I am going to deliver soon!! The nurses all says "wow so fast". Pain Pain Pain Pain, amist the pain, I heard Rye says he can see her head crowning & all asked me to push. Push Push Push & she's out... Finally....
